International students are the central point of focus of its internationalization policy and it welcomes international students from across the world. In order to attract international students and to provide opportunities to get quality higher education, CUI offer scholarships to nominees of various foreign governments and organizations at CUI Pakistan.

The International Office, or IO as it is more commonly known, is the first point of contact for international students. The head office located in Islamabad handles all international applications as well as provides support services to student at CUI Islamabad. Subsidiary International Students Affairs (ISA) offices set up in each campus cater to the academic and social needs of students in each CUI location.

International students are welcome for enrolment in different graduate and undergraduate degree programs in CUI system. Currently the majority of these students were enrolled in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Meteorology and Bio-sciences departments and belongs to Nigeria, Sudan, Jordan, Iran, Afghanistan, Palestine, Mauritius, Turkey, Indonesia and Somalia.
